This street food stall located in the new JODD FAIRS DanNeramit presents the first Thai burger with a tattoo in the world. One that, beyond its elaboration or its ingredients, stands out -without a doubt- for the final stamping with the personalized seal or ‘talisman’ of your choice.

Nakorn Mu Burger‘s tattooed burger establishes a deeper relationship with Thai culture. And is that, the cooks of this local, adorn their buns with ancient Thai talismans awaiting positive affirmations. Mystical symbols related to wealth, compassion and love, or strength, which were created by one of the country’s national tattoo masters.

In the video from Bangkok.foodie, we can see how the workers demonstrate two of their burgers, each with a special combination of Thai ingredients. One of the grilled burgers features curry sauce, cumin and mango leaves, and is topped with basil leaves and red chili. While the Northern Thai-style Khao Soi chicken burger is presented on a red bun with crispy noodles, red onion, sauce and more.

Finally, after crafting the burgers with precision, these culinary tattoo artists mark one of the special symbols on the bun to put the icing on the cake of the Nakorn experience.
