This modern Japanese restaurant, surrounded by nocturnal paparazzi, serves elegant sashimi dishes, salmon carpaccio, sushi rolls, hamachi with yuzu ponzu sauce, and other Asian dishes reinterpreted through the avant-garde. But, beyond its gastronomic proposal, if this hot spot has stood out for anything, it has been for two decades attracting celebrities such as Paris Hilton and George Clooney.

‘Koi Los Angeles’ unique look and ambiance, along with its signature dishes, gained a cult following and started a movement that changed the landscape of the entire industry,’ read the restaurant’s notes.

Koi founder Nick Haque leveraged the popularity of his original West Hollywood restaurant to open other locations in New York and Las Vegas, forming a cast of restaurants inhabited by the next generation of celebrities. A phenomenon that also recently included iconic actress Megan Fox and her engaged Machine Gun Kelly, who were spotted enjoying Koi‘s upscale Japanese experience.

The couple, while attending the restaurant, caught all the eyes of the public with amazing looks, especially Fox, who wore a short hair of a deep red, while Gun Kelly was dressed in a series of embroidered and deconstructed pieces.
