Sessions now elevates Hard Rock’s gastronomic panorama with new flavors and creations that transcend the classic hamburger associated with its culinary identity through a signature menu designed in the purest American style.

Among collectible pieces by different emblematic artists, and an interior design aestheticized by the award-winning Rockwel Group, a new playful and vibrant proposal of American cuisine unfolds, synchronized in the same conceptual frequency as that of the hotel in which it is installed.

A SIGNATURE TWIST ON AMERICAN CUISINE

The passion for meat and the best of American international cuisine merge in this gastronomic journey that includes some of the most representative dishes, flavors and textures from the Big Apple of New York to the Gold Coast of California.

All these influences come together in an eclectic menu that balances tradition and innovation in more than 20 different dishes, ranging from meats to fish and vegetables in the Josper oven. Although here the gastronomic elevation comes in the form of boneless and caramelized pork ribs in Vietnamese sauce with spring onions. Not to mention their four handcrafted burgers-the classic Sessions burger with their secret Hard Rock sauce, fried chicken with Caesar sauce, pulled pork and the North Carolina special with barbecue sauce-all made with freshly toasted brioche bread.

To culminate this culinary journey, which can be experienced by both hotel guests and visitors who want to savor the authentic American essence, the restaurant offers a series of sweets: the delicious lemon meringue pie, the irresistible triple chocolate brownie, and for cheese lovers, the ‘Next-level Cheesecake’.
