In a beautifully named village, San Feliz, a stone’s throw from Pola de Lena, Xune Andrade, a chef with a long career who trained with the Morán family at Casa Gerardo, has set up his restaurant. Open kitchen and a pleasant terrace for those days when the weather permits. The menu is brief, seasonal and based on Asturian products, but without being closed to dishes from faraway countries. Dishes in which appear techniques and elaborations that are the result of years of experience of Xune, both inside and outside Asturias. From his homemade native lamb sausage, to high quality stews such as dairy cow meatballs with apple puree emulsified with hazelnut oil, everything is appetizing.
