The creative mind behind the streetwear brand ‘Girls Don’t Cry’ now presents a new work dedicated to McDonald’s China featuring his iconic character Vick, part of his graphic imagery. An emblem that now adorns the covers of the special meal packaging alongside two Golden Arches icons: Hamburglar and Speedee.

In addition, the duo extends the dining experience into fashion with an exclusive collection of graphic tees, football-inspired jerseys, hoodies, accessories and bags featuring the Verdy characters, which are forever linked to the chain through the slogan: ‘Best Friends Forever’.

The clothing capsule takes inspiration from the new themed packaging in which Vick and the “BFF” concept come to life, illustrated in a playful video that accompanies the collaboration.

The VERDY x McDonald’s collaboration will be available for purchase until 2 January 2024 at its restaurants in China. It remains to be seen whether it will be extended to other regions.
