Vera Wang breaks the internet with its diet based on McDonald’s, vodka & donuts

The iconic designer reveals the most shocking confession to 'eternal youth' in fast food fashion.

Everyone wonders how Vera Wang ‘stays young’ at 74. It may have nothing to do with the food or diet she eats, but that’s how she puts it.

The bridal fashion designer made a series of confessions at the DKMS Gala in New York on Thursday. There, in a conversation with US media outlet Page Six, she revealed that she ‘ate McDonald’s every day for two weeks straight, and then changed it up’.

But it doesn’t end there. Wang’s praise for fast food continues in the form of Dunkin Donuts, another of the chains she worships, specifically the ‘cream-filled, sugar-coated donut. It’s like a jelly doughnut, but it’s creamy inside, vanilla cream. I also like the pink one with shavings’.

Among his other guilty pleasures, following in the noxious wake, is drinking vodka. Something she even joked about when one of the Instagram users asked her about her routine to maintain ‘that tummy’, to which Vera replied: ‘Work, sleep, a vodka cocktail and avoid the sun‘.

Wang’s love of fast food seems to be endless, like a ritual she has maintained over time, along with others such as ‘working hard over the years’ to keep herself active, young and stimulated.
