He is one of the artists of the moment and the success of his collaborations with Shakira, Quevedo or Peso Pluma ratify it. The Argentinean Bizarrap is breaking all records with his music and in Spain it was not going to be less. The 24 year old artist has a summer full of performances in all the festivals of our country. This summer he will participate in a long list of festivals in our country. This June he will visit Barcelona, Santiago de Compostela and Madrid. And we know where he will surely take the opportunity to go to eat in Madrid, as Bizarrap has confessed in an interview which is his favorite restaurant in the capital.

In the interview with Luquitas Rodríguez, the Argentinean recommended Juana La Loca as the best place in Madrid for lunch. Asked what dish to order at this place, Bizarrap clearly answered that the omelette was his favorite. Although the only “but” that he gives it is that it is an undercooked omelette and the next day it can “upset the stomach”.

Juana La Loca is a tavern that has been open for 22 years in the neighborhood of La Latina. With a gastronomic offer inspired by Basque cuisine, but with modern and innovative proposals and flavors from all over the world, in this place they serve delicious pintxos that triumph in the capital. Of course, the potato omelette is one of its emblems. Here they prepare it undercooked (as Bizarrap emphasizes) and with onion confit.

Other classics that triumph at Juana La Loca’s bar are its iconic truffled egg confit, Soft Shell Crab, a soft shell crab mollete in tempura, the shredded oxtail in medallions, the roast beef pintxo, the Chivito sandwich or the grilled artichokes in slices with parmesan and garlic confit, among other delicacies.

Of course, it’s usually packed, so you may have to wait in line to try their pintxos. They also have a delivery option for the downtown area. When do we do a Foodie Session with Bizarrap?
