Zaranda

Chef Fernando Pérez Arellano continues with his gastronomic proposal at Zaranda, in the Es princep hotel, which is located in a former leather tannery. This location will serve as the basis for naming the three menus he offers in the restaurant: Hipodermis, Dermis and Epidermis. Arellano continues to soak up the Balearic gastronomy, diving into its richness and the exceptional variety of products that the land and the sea have to offer. A gastronomic journey in which the popular Mallorcan culinary tradition is combined with creative power. An exquisite pampering of the product and an exceptional treatment, to make the most of its aromas and textures.
