The iconic Barcelona cocktail bar will serve its collection of high-end drinks ‘The Evolution‘ at the exclusive Oroya restaurant located at the top of the design hotel The Madrid EDITION.

This foray into pop-up format will run from 28 January until Wednesday 31 January, coinciding with the Madrid Fusión congress. Paradiso will thus close its doors for three days to move to the capital, under the direction of its bartender Giacomo Giannotti, who has led to the cocktail bar being ranked fourth in the international list The World’s Best Bars 2023, and first in 2022.

The Italian -along with a team of six bartenders- will serve his own liquid tribute to the hotel to both guests and external visitors who want to immerse themselves in his ‘The Evolution‘ proposal inspired by the evolution of mankind.

This will include cocktails with history and a certain depth, such as Voyage, a reminder of the first voyages of Voyage I and II; Fleming, around the discovery of penicillin; Tesla, as a tribute to the Tesla coils or Immersion, a journey through the invention of technology.

These cocktails will be joined by others such as Legacy, referring to the evolution of writing; Copper, as a throwback to the metal age; Evolution Negroni, a tribute to the evolution of the wheel; On Fire, inspired by the mastery of fire and classics such as the Great Gatsby, with whisky, white truffle honey and lavender essence.

In addition, for those who want to practice ‘Dry January‘, two non-alcoholic cocktails will be presented, under the name of Roots and Bellino.
