José Andrés has the perfect remedy to combat the heat. And it is something as simple as the typical Latin American popsicles. We know them directly as popsicles and they are ice creams made with fruit. The Asturian chef thinks fruit is sexy, especially for its sour and sweet taste. So in his blog José Andrés has shared two popsicles recipe that have that refreshing touch needed for the summer heat, and on top of that they are healthy because they are made with natural fruit. Take note!
