Their vibrant showcase of healthy treats is diluted from sugars to fats so that we can enjoy a delicious doughnut, cookie or cake, but this time without eggs, dairy or gluten. These ingredients are now replaced by others such as dates in order to sweeten them, and make them suitable for keto diets.

The bakery, with a physical presence in Madrid (c/ Botánica 3), also has a takeaway service that ships from its bakery in Valencia to the whole of Spain within 24 hours, transporting all these sweets in sustainable packaging to the diners’ homes.

Among its sweet and dessert menu, the donuts with all kinds of toppings and toppings stand out, as well as some of its cakes such as cheesecake, carrot, chocolate, ferrero or tropical, made from plants, cereals or fruit to satisfy and satisfy the whole community: coeliacs, vegetarians, vegans and those intolerant to lactose or any animal protein.

As for the liquid offer of natural drinks, at Posdata we can find all kinds of coffees or “superfoods lattes”, as well as smoothies in all colours and flavours; among which the “Think pink” of banana, strawberry, beetroot and almond milk or the “Blue baby” with banana, pineapple, blue spirulina, and large doses of energy and proteins stand out.
