Ibiza’s newest restaurant is rolling out its winter programme with a series of new features: from a new menu, to its Oyster bar, Sunday Roast, and its DJ sets and parties so that guests can fully experience the original spirit of Ibiza from sunset until late at night.

House of WOW will be open all year round – except in January and February – to revolutionise the Ibiza scene as an effervescent meeting point and/or social club on the island where you can meet for lunch, dinner and fun with its Club House parties sponsored by house, Balearic sound, funk, disco or soul sets. Not to mention its karaoke sessions that will be activated after dinner, or its jam sessions and games of chess or rumi with which to spend the evenings and live the experience in a different way.

Sundays will be ‘Sunday Roast‘, the traditional British roast beef accompanied by potatoes and vegetables, Gravy and Yorkshire Pudding, along with other options to satisfy all palates from noon to 8pm.

A series of workshops, talks and cultural events will also be held inside the venue, attended by personalities from the world of film, music, art, fashion, wellbeing and literature.

The menu

The kitchen, run by Ibizan chef Cristina Dueñas -former Hostal La Torre, Portofina, Atzaro or Pied a Terre London- offers a delicious menu with fresh dishes made with local and seasonal products, paired with signature cocktails and more than 80 wines of all varieties.

The new menu features gourmet dishes such as beef picaña, onion soup au gratin with three cheeses, warm aubergine salad, seasonal asparagus with amber sauce, a smash burger or grilled sea bass with pickled sauce. Meanwhile, desserts will come in the form of spicy lemon meringue pie or the ‘Flaming Alaska’ designed for sharing.
