Alejandro Pitashny and Martin Loeb are the ideologists behind this eclectic gastronomic group that is spearheading a new wave of culinary modernism within the capital’s scene. We sat at their tables to delve into these restaurants with which to travel sensorially from breakfast to dinner.

FAYER

Fayer becomes a unique concept in which Argentina and Israel collide through a cultural synergy. In this space, Israeli food is served, based on Mediterranean dishes such as baba ganoush, falafel or hummus, but also a culinary interpretation of the delicious and typical Argentinean grill.

FAYER’s coals are heated to roast the wonderful pasture-fed beef and seasonal vegetables, carefully selected from local suppliers.

The restaurant has a wide selection of Argentine wines and renowned wineries such as Catena Zapata, Luigi Bosca and Mendel, as well as a classic and innovative cocktail menu that includes the “Cocktail of the Month”, combining a classic with Israeli spices.

GOLDA

GOLDA is a cafe, a bar and a restaurant framed in the same project that is constantly transforming and evolving, appropriating the Madrid scene. In this aesthetically informal place, an Israeli and Argentinean, healthy and organic menu is displayed for cosmopolitan people of all generations.

The name of this restaurant represents an ode to women, to hard-working, strong and creative women. It is associated with the first Israeli woman minister: Golda Meyer, a political, historical woman, with great temperance and resilience.

The FAYER Group is eternally linked to the world of cinema, literature, writing and painting. Thus, on the walls of the premises we can find from photographs of filmmakers such as Pedro Almodovar to handmade pieces such as Tajines and / or clay plates with handmade lids that belonged to Elena Benarroch.

GOLFA

GOLFA is the night session of Golda restaurant, activated at sunset. In what is known as the “black sheep of the Fayer family”, we can delight in an eclectic cuisine proposal that will make us travel from the Rio de la Plata to Eastern Europe through the Iberian Peninsula and the Mediterranean through a seasonal menu prepared by the chef and ideologist of the space Mariano Muñozk, which accompanies a careful selection of wines.

At night, the scene at GOLDA is completely transformed, becoming a cheeky place in search of perpetual fun in an exclusive space with a menu that offers dishes of classic cuisine revisited through the identity of the group with high quality products.
