The utopian Christmas scenario could be perfectly realised in this cabin -and its exteriors- where the authentic alpine experience can be lived. Whether through its interior design inspired by the region’s ski resorts, its décor or the feast on offer: from classic fondue, Swiss raclette, veal Wiener Schnitzel to its version of Apfelstrudel.

The world’s oldest champagne house, acclaimed by global critics, now dresses the tables in its natural elegance and aromatic freshness in this experience in partnership with the exclusive five-star Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel.

From 25 November to 3 March, Chalet Ruinart will be presenting its own ode to Swiss culture from a little wooden house where it will be presenting a menu structured around the emblematic dishes of Swiss cuisine, paired with three iconic Ruinart references.

Amidst vintage sledges, snowshoes and wooden walls, diners can immerse themselves in this universe illuminated by natural light and candles, with a menu that showcases Swiss cuisine, both in the à la carte dishes and in the tasting menu.

The Helvetic evening

In this gastronomic space where you can also immerse yourself in the depth and the notes of the three references served: R de Ruinart, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Ruinart Rosé, they serve classic iterations such as the classic Onion, truffle and gruyere cheese soup or a charcuterie board with black forest ham, smoked sausage and pastrami.

As for its tasting menu, it offers a tour of all its representative dishes and flavours; starting with the Tyrolean Salad with green leaves, sbrintz cheese and red fruits, and a Rosewood Fondue with a mixture of gruyere cheese, vacherin and truffle.

The main course comes with Wiener schnitzel of veal, potato salad and redcurrant sauce, finishing with a dessert that elevates the experience to the top of the Alps with an Appel strudel with sultanas and cinnamon, and vanilla ice cream.

The Chalet Ruinart will be open from Wednesday to Sunday at the following times: Wednesday 19:30-23:00 | Thursday, Friday and Saturday 13:30-16:00 | 19:30-23:00 | Sunday Brunch 13:00-16:00 at P.º de la Castellana, 22.
