We present a series of acts of real love through gastronomy with which to have a profound effect on your relationship during Valentine’s Day.

Casa Suecia

Inside the NH Collection Madrid Suecia hotel, the emblematic Casa Suecia restaurant has prepared a special menu for Valentine’s Day that will be spread over several days.

The latter will serve love on its tables through dishes such as the Prelude, grilled scallops with a spicy touch, or the Frenesí, a foie gras toast with violet marmalade.

The ‘Fantasy’ will arrive with a heart of artichoke flower confit, as an emotion that will intensify with its Sea of Romance, a tuna belly baked on embers, and will culminate in its sweet ending entitled Valentine’s sweet. Book your experience here.


ROI&Co‘s devotion to the sea can be passed on to your partner as an act of dual celebration that begins with their gourmet canned food through an experience that can even be accompanied by a playlist to listen to during the evening, paired with a good wine.

For this occasion, Amós presents delicious dishes such as warm oyster with spinach and pasiega butter with caviar, crispy carabinero with coral soup and spicy pilpil emulsion or sirloin heart with cheese sauce; resulting in an exotic proposal to harmonize with a glass of champagne.

Manolo Bakes

Manolo Bakes connects deeply with the artistic world to design its own iteration and/or Valentine’s Day experience. A work of art materialized in its packaging -boxes, bags, cups- illustrated by the plastic artist Miguel Caravaca, as in the elaboration of the Manolito and Palmita ‘Enamoraos’, with raspberry flavor and dehydrated rose petals.

All this, paired with its new drink, the Raspberry Latte -with premium coffee- becomes a creative ode to love sealed by a heart in blue, which will be available until February 18 both in its physical stores and in delivery format. Place your order here.


The Madrid bakery has also baked a special sweet for Valentine’s Day. It is ‘La Rosa‘, made with croissant dough made into a cake, sculpted in the shape of a bouquet of roses based on a flaky pastry with a raspberry and pearl sugar glaze.

This creation can be reserved on its website and picked up at its stores. It will also be available through Glovo and Uber Eats in delivery format for €14.90. However: only during February 14th. Reserve your rose here.


The restaurant Zielou materializes its culinary vision of love in a fusion menu with flavors from around the world designed by its chef Juan Sánchez.

There they will serve on February 14 a multi-sensory experience, with live music in the background, starting with starters to share: Caesar salad of Tudela cabbage grilled on charcoal with smoked eel and truffled pecorino, and a delicious crispy snack of Moro shrimp tartar with purple tapioca; accompanied by one of their specialties, the Xiao Mai of oloroso-ripened meat with seasonal truffle and freeze-dried beet.

The evening will continue with one dish per person of the spectacular Balfegó Red Tuna marinated in bergamot tsuyu or a juicy National Angus Sirloin steak with bone-in, char-grilled foie gras. The cherry on top of the experience will be presented with a passion fruit heart-shaped candy and cotton candy.

It will also be available from February 12 to 18 in delivery service at Delizielou (98€ for 2 persons with bottle of wine).


The Madrid bakery Gio&Sam presents in its delicious display a pink cheesecake with which to exalt both your own and shared love.

With a cheesecake base, the recipe integrates a touch of cocoa with ruby chocolate, stewed strawberries that add that reddish touch and acid nuance to this preparation that comes in two different formats: the 300g ‘Love Cake‘ to share and its individual portion with which to pay a great sweet homage to oneself.


The artisan restaurant chain celebrates love with a new limited edition mini sweet sandwich made with red velvet, pink fondant and a touch of sprinkles.

A special Rodilla creation that can be tasted throughout the month of February in its restaurants where you can fall in love instantly through the palate.
