Snoop Dogg and E-40 now merge their culinary identities in a new project titled ‘Snoop Dogg Presents Goon With the Spoon‘, which serves as a follow-up to Dogg’s cookbook, ‘From Crook to Cook: Platinum Recipes from Tha Boss Dogg’s Kitchen’, in which the ’90s star includes some of his favorite recipes such as filet mignon or fried bbq twists.

The iconic artists immortalize in this book a kind of gastronomic ritual of rap, which drinks from the subcultural scene, through more than 65 recipes inspired by the music of Snoop and E-40, as well as some dishes they have enjoyed cooking and eating together.

For Snoop, working with Earl ‘E-40’ Stevens, a founding member of hip hop group ‘The Click’, comes as another exciting episode in his history with cooking and rapping. E-40 helped Snoop get his start on the West Coast, and the two were part of the group ‘Mt. Westmore’ alongside Ice Cube and Too Short in 2021.

‘E-40 is my big homie, my brother, my mentor,’ Snoop reads in the book’s foreword. Watching him expand his love of food and cooking over the years to his many successful businesses is boss-level shit. That’s why Snoop Dogg Presents Goon with the Spoon had to be the next cookbook’.

That powerful bond between the rap duo thus continues to be written about in this cookbook due out November 14 via Chronicle Books.
