We come to the end of 2023 and it’s time to review the most outstanding restaurants of this year. Of course, you can’t miss the Tapas Magazine Golden T’s, included in our Guide to Eat and Drink Spain 2024, which you can buy here. In the Community of Madrid, one of the restaurants that has earned this award is Trèsde, the restaurant located in the neighborhood of La Latina run by Aitor Sua, Lucas Fernández and Miguel Vallés, three young friends who have already made a name for themselves in the gastronomic scene of the capital.

Trèsde

These three friends met at school and, although life took them on different paths, it has united them again in the project of a lifetime. A small place, very bistro style, where everything is purity, truth and, above all, product. The menu consists of three starters, three main courses and three desserts, which change from time to time -in addition to its formula at 41€-. Delicacy rules: the tomato from the Sierra del Segura tastes like tomato and the free-range chicken with corn is life in the countryside.
