We continue our delicious gastronomic route to present the Golden T of Tapas Magazine during this 2023, included of course in the Guide to eat and drink Spain 2024, which you can purchase on our website. If yesterday we visited Radis, in Jaén, our stop today takes us directly to Teruel, specifically to the restaurant Existe, brand new T de Oro de Aragón: a unique gastronomic experience in a very special natural environment. Can you ask for anything more?
Existe (Teruel)
Alberto Montañés and María Dávila opened a restaurant in Mosqueruela in October 2020 and since June 2023 they decided to incorporate it into the offer of the Más de Cebrián hotel, in the town of Puertomingalvo. The gastronomic experience revolves around a tasting menu based on the return to the origins and the grill, which is adapted to the season. You can also enjoy steak tartar, pork cheeks in red wine or bull jerky with cheese and truffle. There is no shortage of Teruel ham and local cheeses.
