Since she settled in the United States, Rosalía is already perfectly integrated with the American daily life and its frenetic pace of life. The singer attends numerous events and, as a good foodie, she also knows the most outstanding restaurants in every place she goes. While she was in Los Angeles to attend her friend Bad Bunny’s concert, as part of her successful Most Wanted Tour, Rosalía took the opportunity to make a gastro stop at one of the trendiest restaurants in Beverly Hills.

It is Cipriani, a mythical, almost centenary restaurant, which has restaurants in New York and other parts of the world such as Mexico, Miami, Dubai, Italy and even in Spain in Marbella and Ibiza. Last January it finally landed on the West Coast of the United States to bring its Italian recipes -many of them Venetian- to the heart of Beverly Hills. The restaurant’s menu features dishes such as the Bellini cocktail, prepared with peach and Prosecco, or carpaccio, a dish of raw beef cut into very thin slices.

As for the design of this venue where our most international singer dined, it is by Florentine architect Michele Bonan, who has collaborated with Cipriani on many venues around the world. It has an elegant nautical aesthetic with polished wood interiors with steel trim, distinctive brown leather chairs, Murano chandeliers, black and white fashion photographs and deep green velvet details.
