With all the essence of Ronda, this new project is based on a non-stop kitchen model that will serve from breakfast to dinner, beyond its bar that will have its own section orchestrated around its most emblematic appetizers. With the premise of an exotically Mediterranean concept, this 1800 square meter restaurant with a capacity for 300 diners promises to be one of the successes of the year. Sinestesia

Although it opened its doors in the last days of 2023, this year will undoubtedly be its explosion in every sense. This new and original project by Kiko Moya proposes an immersive gastronomic experience that fuses technology and haute cuisine. It has a single table for 16 diners, who will experience a torrent of sensations and stimuli full of flavors, images, sounds and messages that will live up to its name. Through a menu of 250 € (wine pairing included), diners will live an experience of 7 stages, each one based on colors.

Asador Gonzaba

At the end of 2023 this famous Galician steakhouse also landed in Madrid. This 2024 is on its way to becoming the temple of select fish and seafood from Galicia, as well as meats, especially with its chuletón, an emblem of the house. And all with the ember for flag. In addition, it has a wine cellar of category and discovered with 400 references of Spain and international, for all tastes and pockets, very thought to pair with the different dishes thanks to the good work of the sommelier and head waiter, Juan Carlos Martinez.

Its concept is very honest, with a simple menu, but which aims to offer something different. You will find proposals such as the smoked eel donut; the pork, Jerusalem artichoke and pear terrine; the Carruecano pumpkin, mountain elver and kale or the squab, parsnip and elderberry.

Nobu Madrid

There is no opening date yet, but the new Nobu Hotel Madrid will be located in the heart of the Cortes neighborhood, between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol. It will have a restaurant and the Nobu bar that will feature three levels, a large rooftop bar and a lounge with views of the skyline. The restaurant will be redesigned by the prestigious Studio PCH, which has already designed several of the group’s restaurants, such as the one in San Sebastián.

After years of success in Barcelona, now lands in the capital one of the most desired pizzas. Although there is still no official opening date, everything seems to indicate that the new and long-awaited location of Dabiz Muñoz’s temple in La Finca will open in the second half of the year.
