In this editorial, the pub becomes the great backdrop against which the new collection unfolds, amid billiards and Stella beers that dilute its rich, enduring heritage in clothing and accessories.

Subversive menswear designer Martine Rose launches a capsule with the Belgian beer brand inspired by UK pub culture, specifically that of Cousins Pool Club. An iconic pool bar frequented by the creative, who now takes on a starring role in this story.

The legacy of Stella Artois is represented in the capsule through the vintage style logos, the use of labels and bottle caps that make up its aesthetic. A fusion of fashion and beer that can be seen in pieces such as a white T-shirt printed with a clever combination of the Stella Artois bottle label and the Martine Rose brand logo.

The vintage look is also seen on an oversized button-down shirt with a newspaper collage printed all over it, alluding to the theme of the collaboration.

The collection’s cap, with its exposed brim, and the distressed denim with collaboration patches complete the capsule, along with the military-inspired bomber jacket adorned with Stella’s bottle caps.
