From October 6 to 8, SON Estrella Galicia Posidonia will celebrate the seventh edition of the experiential festival entitled ‘EL RETO’. An evocative name with which once again this year highlights its non-conformist spirit based on a concept that revolves around sustainability and the fight against climate change: an ecological challenge that will reward the most committed festival-goers with a positive impact by giving them access to a pre-sale of tickets.

In this sense, half of the tickets put on sale can be purchased through this initiative by the start up Liight, which aims to raise public awareness about the importance of promoting practices to protect the planet and take care of the local, supporting a respectful tourism with the island and its economy. The first 150 people to complete the mission will receive a code to purchase their tickets in advance and ensure their attendance to the festival. The remaining tickets will go on sale on their website on August 9 at 10:00.’

EL RETO’ will open the doors to a new transformative experience that aims to deepen the link between the festival and Formentera, its inhabitants and the environment by rewarding sustainable habits before, during and after the festival, through various routes and activities guided by experts in the natural environment of the island.

The zero emissions festival will keep its line-up of artists secret until the last minute, curated by Sinsal, which will once again surprise by combining emerging talents with big names in the music scene.
