Autumn arrives, and we recover our usual routine after the summer holidays and also after having been out of the city and our usual social circles. Now the weather is cooler but still inviting to go out for a drink, even if it’s with something warm. It is, in short, a good time to go out for a drink on a terrace again and here we propose some of them.

Trocadero Commodore

– Madrid (Calle de la República Argentina, 5)

In Madrid, the new gastronomic project of the Trocadero group opens in a historic location, where Mayte Commodore was located. It is the tenth establishment of the group, which is expanding above all on the Costa del Sol. It aims to transfer the spirit of the beach bar to the capital, with its fish, its meat, and its rice. Of course, also with the Japanese touch that distinguishes it.

Azul

– Barcelona, (Plaza de Joan de Borbó, 101)

It is a terrace with 360 views that is located on the top floor of the Ocean Building in Barcelona. From there you can see the entire city, but also enjoy Romain Fornell’s Mediterranean cuisine. There you can eat fish and seafood but also grilled meat.

Can Chan Chán

– Madrid (Calle de Serrano, 47)

Here you can enjoy a huge terrace in the heart of El Corte Inglés de Serrano with views of the luxurious Salamanca neighborhood. Here you will find the cuisine of chef Roberto Ruiz, the first who, thanks to his work at the Punto MX restaurant, achieved a Michelin star with a Mexican in Europe. The idea is to order dishes to share or go have a few drinks enjoying the autumn air looking towards the famous Madrid street.

Lobito de Mar La Finca

– Pozuelo de Alarcón, (Av. De Luis García Cereceda, 5)

Marbella chef Dani García has opened his fourth establishment in Madrid, the second in the capital. It has an interior area but also two terraces, one of them with tables submerged in the lake in the shopping center where it is located. Andalusian coastal food is at the center of the menu, especially with fish, seafood, and rice.

Vraba

– Barcelona, (Moll d’Espanya)

Barcelona will open America’s CUP dissemination center in the old IMAX in Port Vell. In its attic, there is a restaurant with unbeatable views, Vraba, which will be active only until 2025. The Catalan cuisine of Albert Ventura and Jordi Vilà is the protagonist of those kitchens, especially grilled fish and seafood.

Cakareo

– Madrid, (Calle de Raimundo Fernández Villaverde, 50)

A new proposal in the heart of Madrid, characterized by its grilled meats. If you come to eat, don’t forget to taste, especially, their roast chicken. They also have special burgers that are worth every bite… and of course, the omelette. And obviously, you can enjoy it on the terrace that you can find at the door.

Club Financiero Génova

– Madrid, (Calle del Marqués de la Ensenada, 14)

The private club is open to the public and now its three floors allow you to go to dinner or have a drink with views of Madrid’s Plaza de Colón. It has a short menu, with omelets or artichokes, among other dishes, but it maintains the essence of the club where it was born, with Nino Redruello at the helm.
