If you are looking for new flavours and surprising drink proposals to delight your palate, Robuchon Madrid has just presented its new cocktail menu for Le Speakeasy, the restaurant’s elegant cocktail bar, and has been created by renowned mixologist Mario Villalón, owner of Angelita Madrid. This new menu, consisting of 10 cocktails, aims to surprise by exploring incredible combinations with ingredients ranging from pear, green pepper and cocoa to artichoke, ham and coriander.

To make it happen, Mario Villalón of Angelita Madrid, one of the most innovative gastronomic spaces in the bar world, has devised 10 unmissable cocktails to put a piece of his premises in Le Speakeasy, which is already planning to consolidate itself as a benchmark in cocktails, as has already happened with L’Ambassade and L’Atelier, creating a restaurant with three differentiated concepts in which the quality of the ingredients, the originality of the preparations and the exclusivity of its ambience are the mainstays.

In addition to the aforementioned ingredients, Robuchon’s new cocktail menu features combinations such as French Vermouth with whisky, rosemary, basil and blackberry; Sparkling with pear, coriander and Gouda; or Sake with ume, jasmine, gin and black tea.
