Mateo Zielonka, in the role of digital creator and gastronomic referent both in social networks and in real life, gained popularity after opening his Instagram account in 2016. A profile stylized by food in which, if we scroll, we can find delicious recipes and elaborations in countless versions, shapes, colors and prints.

The chef now opens a new era with his second cookbook entitled ‘Pasta Masterclass‘, with more than 40 recipes for us to recreate at home, and become ‘cooking professionals’. These range from rolling out pasta dough to creating intricate shapes and mixing tasty sauces.

The chef’s recognizable dyed dough recipes are guided step by step by means of exclusive QR codes in the form of audiovisual tutorials that describe 30 pasta shapes in a didactic way.

In this sort of ode to pasta, the chef experiments with the limits and originality of the food, presenting a two-color pasta that can be made in different typologies such as ‘tagliatelle’ or ‘rigatoni’, combined with various proteins or vegetables. For those who prefer to opt for quick and easy meals, such as baked ziti or meat lasagna, there are also tutorials dedicated to these “ephemeral” preparations.
