Tom Cruise’s cake has been spreading in the media and has been getting the attention of Hollywood stars for a few years now. But it did not go viral until actress Brooke Shields revealed that this past Christmas was the first time in 10 years that she had not received one of his famous and delicious cakes.

That coconut cake that the “Top Gun” performer used to send to his friends every holiday season now becomes the inspiration for Ella Bleu, who enthusiastically reinterpreted it in a video titled “Recreating Tom Cruise’s Famous Gift Cake,” a reference to the $126 cake from Doan’s Bakery in Woodland Hills, California.

According to Goldbelly, the cake consists of “a ring of luxurious, moist coconut Bundt cake, chunks of sweet white chocolate, a layer of cream cheese frosting and toasted coconut flakes on top”. A cake that the actress decides to meticulously recreate throughout a sequence recorded by her father, with which she reaches a “very delicious” elaboration according to Travolta.

As we can see in the video, the American actor was totally fascinated with his daughter’s cake, expressing effusive praise. An emotion that was also shared by his 12-year-old brother Ben, who added to the positive criticism, claiming that it was great.
