Jessica Alba’s version of vegetarian tacos

The acclaimed actress now reinterprets some tasty vegetarian breakfast tacos, which she includes in her culinary portfolio on Instagram. A virtual space in which she shares her recipes in the same imaginary next to other images of premieres and covers.

Now, the star has just released on the social network a very simple recipe that she herself names as ‘Cholula Eggy Tacos‘, which can be combined with any hot sauce. All you need are tortillas, vegetables, eggs, cheese and broth.

With Beyoncé’s new country-themed song in the background, Jessica explains the culinary process for this recipe. The ingredients? Fresh pico de gallo, broccoli slaw, vegetable broth, your favorite cheese, eggs, tortillas and hot sauce.

The preparation starts by adding the pico de gallo and broccoli slaw to a skillet over medium heat, mixing it together and adding the vegetable broth. A little cheese is sprinkled on top until the vegetables are cooked evenly with the melted cheese.

Next, Jessica Alba adds another sprinkle of cheese and pours the eggs directly into the pan, right on top of the vegetables. Her trick for perfect eggs is to add more broth around the edges of the pan and let the eggs cook, while heating the pancakes in a skillet. The finishing touch? Top the tacos with a dash of hot sauce and a spoonful of pico de gallo or other sauce. Voila.
