Jacquemus is more than a brand, it is a lifestyle. An aspirational universe surrounded by beauty and evasion to which everyone would like to belong, and drink from that harmony between nostalgia and the avant-garde, between the past and the future, which has positioned him as one of the great designers of the current era.

In the French designer’s work, we can see how, beyond having redefined contemporary women’s clothing, he has intervened in a series of restaurants or culinary concepts that he creatively directs with mastery.

Jacquemus x Casa Jondal

The new address by Jacquemus has been the famous Ibizan restaurant Casa Jondal, known for having become the summer meeting point of the stardom that has passed through from Jeff Bezos to Leonardo Dicaprio or Naomi Campbell.

The French firm has thus intervened the beach club and the restaurant, sheathing them in its design codes and its hedonistic imaginary with which they have created an immersive experience that fuses fashion with gastronomy in the purest Mediterranean style.

The pop-up includes inside an ephemeral store that will be open until the end of the season; converted into an exclusive point of sale of the brand’s iconic pieces, with a privileged view of the beach of Cala Jondal. In addition, the entire space has been redesigned by Jacquemus, who has intervened from the sun loungers to the umbrellas, and even installing a petanque court. All the furniture and design is dressed in the vibrant banana yellow and polka dots representative of the latest collection ‘La croisière’ of the Parisian house.

That Mediterranean essence is also transferred to Rafa Zafra‘s menu where you can find seafood delicacies such as oysters with trout roe and tapioca or scallops with Iberian ham broth and tomato water, fried foods such as fried San Pedro rooster with onion rings or a good lobster rice stew. What more could you ask for?
