Kitchen 154 has been serving quality street food with a touch of spice and a lot of spice for almost a decade. The goal of this place is to turn food into a real show worthy of enjoying with the palate and with all the senses. Its open kitchen concept helps to materialize this show. And the fact that one of their premises is located in the heart of the Vallehermoso Market makes the street and genuine air of their gastronomic proposal even more indisputable. This video of how they prepare the yellow fish curry is a good example.

As they say in the post itself, this is a culinary proposal without trap or cardboard, where the diner accompanies the preparation in situ and can witness the whole process seeing the ingredients used. Although Kitchen 154’s recipes are characterized by their spicy touch, this yellow fish curry is the only dish in the whole place that is not spicy. That is, unless they go overboard with the chili, as they point out.

If you dare to try this or any of the dishes they offer, they currently have three locations in the capital: Mercado de Vallehermoso, Noviciado and La Virgen 154 in José Abascal.
