Preparation:

  • To form the meatballs, put the minced meat in a bowl with the chopped garlic cloves, plus the parsley. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the meat and breadcrumbs. Stir well with your hands so that all the mixture is well integrated.
  • Once well integrated, form small balls. Put the flour on a plate and roll the balls in the flour to seal them well.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce. First chop the garlic cloves and the onion. In a frying pan with oil, sauté them over medium-low heat until they are poached and the onion is transparent.
  • Then, add the crushed tomato, with a pinch of sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Lower the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Then add the white wine, stir well and cook for 5 more minutes. Reserve
  • In another frying pan with hot oil, brown the meatballs, just marking them without browning them completely.
  • Transfer them to the pan with the tomato sauce, and cook everything together for 20 minutes more, over low heat.
