Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of fresh clams
  • 250 ml of albariño
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 200 g of wheat flour
  • Fresh parsley
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  • Fill a casserole with salted water and soak the clams to loosen the grit. Steam them so that they open up.
  • Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry them in a pan with oil.
  • Then chop the bell pepper, the tomato and the parsley, and add them to the pan, stirring well so that it does not stick and the sauce is ready.
  • Then, add the albariño together with the flour, and continue stirring well until it thickens and the wine reduces.
  • Finally, add the clams to finish the delicious dish.
