How Rosalia prepared her birthday cake with the pastry chef Cédric Grolet

In addition, during his stay in the French capital, has coincided that the Catalan has celebrated her 31st birthday. As if that were not enough, Rosalía had the best birthday cake in the world, thanks to a collaboration with the well-known pastry chef Cédric Grolet, with whom she prepared a spectacular cake that emulated a rose.

Considered one of the best pastry chefs in the world, Grolet shares numerous step-by-step videos on how to make his cakes, which are also very colorful. For this occasion, Cédric created a cake inspired by a rose.

In the fun video of the process, you can see how Rosalía prepares the cake together with the pastry chef. From a cream with cream, butter, strawberry and other ingredients, to the layers made with red fruits, the vanilla ganache, the molding and the final result, with the candle blowing included. Although Cédric has not shared all the ingredients, judging by the result, it was delicious.
