HEINZ REMIX: the digital dispenser that allows you to customize more than 200 sauces

The addition of condiments has become a delicate ritual to which countless people worship. A culinary practice that can now be further deepened and experimented with this new futuristic machine with which to intensify the flavor of hot dogs or French fries through its more than 200 combinations.

The U.S. company then reinvents tradition with the introduction of its Heinz Remix Machine, inspired by beverage customization options, but remastered through a solid concept materialized in the first digital dispenser of customizable sauces.

This disruptive machine, as the latest invention of Heinz’s Away From Home (AFH) team of flavor scientists, allows the creation of unique and exclusive flavors through a process that starts with the choice of a base – Heinz Ketchup, Ranch, Salsa 57 or BBQ Sauce – to which enhancers including ingredients such as smoked chipotle, buffalo, jalapeño and mango are added. All of them can be adjusted from low, medium and high intensity levels.

We are changing the rules of the game for foodservice operators and sauce lovers.”

The HEINZ REMIX dispenser, which debuted at the 2023 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago last week, will begin to be installed (and expand its influence) in restaurants around the world later this year.
