  • 6 eggs L
  • Mayonnaise
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • Wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • 100 g piquillo peppers

Preparation:

  • First, boil the 6 eggs for at least 12 minutes. Let them cool, remove the shells and cut them in half (lengthwise) and remove the yolks.
  • While the eggs are cooking, in a bowl mix the tuna, a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and the egg yolks (but reserve two).
  • Then fill the holes in the egg halves with the mixture.
  • Pour more mayonnaise on top and decorate with pieces of peppers and olives.
  • Finally, grate the remaining yolks and sprinkle over the eggs.
