Gordon Ramsay needs no introduction. He is world-renowned for his cooking shows and for owning more than 80 restaurants. However, until now, he didn’t have one located in Europe.
The chef has chosen none other than the Ibizan paradise as the culinary destination to mark this milestone. This new Hell’s Kitchen will delight diners with some of his most iconic dishes. “Ibiza has a unique energy. I couldn’t be more excited to bring Hell’s Kitchen to such a special place,” Ramsay stated.

The restaurant, which will open its doors on June 9, is part of the new complex The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel —formerly occupied by the Ushuaïa Hotel— which has decided to embrace haute cuisine with six standout dining spaces.
Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza will retain the aesthetic of the successful TV show, igniting the island’s culinary scene with its multisensory concept of live cooking, signature dishes, and a bespoke cocktail menu.
Ramsay’s offering will be based on some of the show’s standout dishes, such as his iconic Beef Wellington, prepared in a crisp puff pastry crust and served with mashed potatoes, glazed vegetables, and a red wine demi-glace. Other highlights like scallops, lobster risotto, and sticky toffee pudding will also feature on the menu, alongside dishes with local influences such as Basque-style cheesecake.
