From 27 January to 4 February, this ephemeral project run by the gourmet brand Harper & Bone will open the doors of the first pet-friendly restaurant in the capital, where cat and dog diners will be accompanied by their owners.

The pop-up culinary experience lands at the Palacio de Santa Bárbara, installing a stimulating micro-universe for pets, who will be able to enjoy a series of tasting menus adapted to the age and size of the animal, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Animals will be able to choose from menus such as Flavours of the Farm, inspired by the flavours of the land, with selected meats of duck, chicken and turkey, superfoods and fresh vegetables and fruits; Ocean Wonders, an ode to the sea, with tuna, hake and salmon alongside vibrant vegetables and fruits; Fresh Market, which captures the essence of fresh markets, with duck, Iberian pork, lamb and turkey in its repertoire; and Wild Mountain, a tribute to the mountains and their treasures, enriched with proteins from deer, rabbit, salmon, pork and wild boar.

Beyond the menu, humans will also be able to enjoy certain activities such as professional photography sessions, joint yoga classes or pottery workshops that will complete the experience.
