Dabiz Muñoz surprises with an exclusive GoXO menu for Father’s Day

The chef designs a gourmet pack made up of three dishes to celebrate this special day collectively.

Dabiz presents a new GoXO haute cuisine menu that can be ordered at home through Glovo until 14 March. Although it can also be programmed to be enjoyed at the weekend with your loved ones.

It is a love letter in culinary format for Father’s Day, designed to be shared by four people in the middle of an emotional ritual around the table created by the best chef in the world for the third consecutive year.

The limited edition menu is made up of three savoury dishes, which Muñoz suggests starting with a Laksa Singapore of crayfish, buckwheat soba and poached cornish eggs.

For the main course, he presents a French roasted yellow-legged grain chicken stuffed with foie, kimchi, epazote and bacon, with truffled juices from the carcasses. This is accompanied by grilled lettuce hearts with crispy bacon, aged gouda cheese, fried shrimps and a Caesar sauce of jalapeños and fine herbs.

To put the icing on the cake, Dabiz has created 2 XXL chocolates with crunchy chocolate, light hazelnut mousse and a creamy salted caramel interior with kikos.
