Nowadays we can find an infinite number of mixtures of flavors that apparently do not combine with each other. This is the case of a new collection of chocolate truffles launched by the Miller High Life beer brand in collaboration with chocolatier Phillip Ashley. It is a limited edition of chocolates whose flavors are inspired by iconic bar snacks and souvenirs and infused with beer.

This special edition was launched on May 2 on the occasion of Truffle Day. In the collection, which costs $35, you can try chocolates with flavors reminiscent of typical snacks from any bar. Original sweets such as the grilled cheese ones, which have white chocolate ganache with triple cream cheese in a blond chocolate coating. As if you were enjoying a cheese tapa in any bar.

Also included is the Beernut, of freshly roasted peanuts soaked in beer, then ground into our beernut butter and wrapped in a milk chocolate shell. Another innovative proposal is the chicken wings, made with fried chicken ganache infused with lemon pepper seasoning. Or the popcorn, with a white chocolate ganache with buttery popcorn, which will transport you directly to a movie theater.

Another original flavor is sweet potato puree mixed with blond chocolate for a win-win between sweet and salty. To finish this curious collection of chocolates, there are the Pretzel Praline, a combination of caramel and chocolate with salted pretzel and toasted walnut.
