They have just launched a new way to celebrate birthdays among the older crowd. Instead of blowing out the candles, Dough Ball has created a whiskey flavored with birthday cake. This brand specializes in this type of flavored liqueurs -a few years ago they already launched one with cookie flavor-. On this occasion, the Birthday Cake Whisky is the result of the nostalgic combination of the typical vanilla cake sprinkled with a smooth, medium-bodied, 70-proof whiskey. According to the brand, it is a perfectly crafted drink for cocktails or creamy drinks for celebrations such as birthdays.
According to the brand’s marketing team, their “goal is to create a fun and innovative whiskey that pushes the boundaries of taste. We think we’ve achieved that with Birthday Cake. It’s delicious, nostalgic and makes you feel like every day is your birthday”.
This original liqueur is only available in the United States, in select establishments, and the retail price is around 27 dollars.
