This chiringuito has three separated areas: the restaurant, with an amazing Mediterranean cuisine menu; the bar, placed on the beach itself, perfect for enjoying a cold beer or a fancy cocktail; and the last one, Balinese beds and hammock area, a paradise for your vacation days. Decorated in a minimalist way, with an Ibiza touch, you will want to spend here the rest of your day. Sometimes, they even organize some events with DJs and live music.

You can also have meals as the shrimp carpaccio with green pistachio vinaigrette, Almadraba tuna tartar, homemade tuna stew, Corvina with mustard, among others. A truly delicatessen!
El Pájaro Verde. El Palmar
At Palmar de Vejer there are no chiringuitos, but there are restaurants jut right beside the beach that worth a visit. One of those is El Pájaro Verde, where you could taste the Andalusian cuisine and you could also stay the night, because it’s a hotel. Fishes from the bay are their speciality, paella, and a homemade pastry that will make you think that you are in heaven. Plus, they promote ecological cuisine – a value not really common in that area.
Sajorami Beach. Pago de Zahora, Zahora Beach, Caños de Meca. Barbate
This dreamy place is not just a beach chiringuito, it’s also about the feeling that you are in another world. There are apartments, rooms and wood cabins available and surrounded by a nice and fresh garden with direct access to the beach. This establishment – called before La Gata and then La Ruana – is run by Eloy Sánchez Gijón, the brother of the well-known actress Aitana Sánchez Gijón. A lot of recognized artists choose this place for doing shows or performances. It’s usual to see some tv and other celebrities around. You can have really great plates and paellas, buts, with any doubt, the best thing there is their mojitos and cocktails for partying all night long!
