De noviembre a abril, su equipo trabaja a puerta cerrada para dise\u00f1ar una propuesta gastron\u00f3mica distinta. Como si se tratase de un renacimiento impulsado por un desaf\u00edo creativo, <strong>Aduriz <\/strong>lleva a cabo anualmente esa transici\u00f3n culinaria en base a la innovaci\u00f3n y la experimentaci\u00f3n que residen en su ADN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En base a esa filosof\u00eda, proyectada en su pel\u00edcula documental &#8216;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/en\/mugaritz-sin-pan-ni-postre-ode-to-aduriz-limitless-creativity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mugaritz. Sin pan ni postre<\/a><\/strong>&#8216;, cada a\u00f1o se abre un nuevo cap\u00edtulo en el restaurante. Nace y muere un men\u00fa para dar paso a una nueva era de la que ahora el espectador puede ser testigo; entendiendo su cocina como una expresi\u00f3n creativa con la que romper las reglas y convenciones en torno a la gastronom\u00eda. En 1 mes y 1 semana empieza la temporada 2025&#8217;.
