FRIDAY 4TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This spring Friday we will escape from the routine with a dinner at MALPARIT. In the heart of the Eixample district is this new design restaurant focused on traditional dishes updated with a special focus on the market product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proposal of this irreverent ‘castizo catalan’ space reinvents itself with grace and inventiveness, offering an avant-garde twist to the local gastronomy both through its aesthetics and its offer. This is orchestrated around a traditional tapas that reimagines classics such as triple anchovy gilda, swordfish loin cane or Priorat splashed salad with cod and tuna belly. For lovers of fried food, we recommend both the torrezno de Soria and the old Galician blonde cow, served in a very crunchy XXL version.<\/p>\n\n\n

The gastronomic experience, directed by chef Alfredo Rodr\u00edguez, can be experienced from its bar, in a more informal format, as well as in a more relaxed and elevated way from its tables where you can enjoy dishes such as its iconic cap i pota or its premium cuts of veal cooked over a fire and grill. All this is paired to perfection with an extensive wine list with more than 150 references from small winemakers from both the D.O. of central and northern Spain and D.O. of the Catalan territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 5TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday will be the Cavas Day. In the morning, we will go to this boutique festival that mixes in the same concept gastronomy with electronics, in which we synchronize in the same frequency with nature, music and drink. In the middle of the natural environment of Cavas Vilarnau (Sant Sadurn\u00ed d’Anoia), this event is presented as an immersive proposal that redefines the way to enjoy cava.<\/p>\n\n\n

The festival will offer a market area with stalls of sausages, oysters and other gourmet delicacies from local producers and will also offer more customized experiences such as the Gran Reserva Experience with tasting of cavas produced in the space. All this to the rhythm of dj sets and programming by theBasement La Aso and Rostro Soundsystem that will start at 12 noon and end at 5 am. Avoid the FOMO, and buy your tickets here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The after the festival will be at Bon Calso’s concert at La Nau. At 8pm, the Madrid rapper will take the stage to make us dance and sing in unison his fusions of rap, R&B and soul altered with autotune. Get your pass here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 6TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sunday will be dedicated to thrifting. We will start the route in ‘Flow: Y2K Streetwear Market’, the market in key dosmilera returns that this weekend will be installed in Space 88 to bring together the best of streetwear in Barcelona. In addition, this edition will feature new brands and exclusive design exhibitors such as Roca Tarpeya and Treas, along with a curated selection of vintage pieces, courtesy of Rarogang Vintage and Cloaker Store, among many others. In addition, there will be vintage cameras, dental gems and live streaming DJs thanks to Dublab.<\/p>\n\n\n
