Anoche, lo har\u00eda en &#8216;<strong>La Revuelta<\/strong>&#8216; con <strong>David Broncano<\/strong>, para quien incluso dise\u00f1\u00f3 un <strong>postre exclusivo <\/strong>bautizado como &#8216;<strong>postre revuelto<\/strong>&#8216;. La creatividad, el sarcasmo y la originalidad de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/larevuelta_tve\/?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jordi Roca<\/a><\/strong> se vieron reflejados una vez m\u00e1s en ese postre presentado sobre un bombo que &#8216;al golpearlo con la baqueta&#8217; se part\u00eda a trozos. En su interior, ya deconstruido, el repostero present\u00f3 una mezcla de bizcocho de c\u00edtricos y frutas como el lim\u00f3n, el yuzu japon\u00e9s o la bergamota. Todo con una correlaci\u00f3n o un significado detr\u00e1s, como el del \u00e1cido de sus ingredientes el cual acaba provoc\u00e1ndonos una sonrisa.
