FRIDAY 14TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the day of love we will begin to feel it in the first instance through the artistic connection with the exhibition \u2018NO ART, NO HOME<\/strong>\u2019, curated by Juan Alfaro<\/strong>, at Gunni & Trentino<\/strong>, which has just become the largest contemporary art exhibition space in Madrid. This multidisciplinary exhibition brings together different creative expressions such as painting, sculpture, photography and installation, establishing a dynamic dialogue in which emerging talents coexist with the most consolidated cultural icons of the current scene.<\/p>\n\n\n

In its flagship store<\/strong> -located at number 3 Paseo de la Habana- there are more than 50 works by national and international artists<\/strong>. From the New York pop culture icon Keith Haring or the American Sean Scully, to national talents such as Jaume Plensa and mid-career artists with great international projection such as Gloria Estefanell, David Mag\u00e1n or Moises Yag\u00fces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At nightfall, we will have a romantic date at TonTon<\/a><\/strong>: a playful, minimalist, industrial-inspired space with a hands-off mentality influenced by the French and Spanish origins of the founding team. Alice Reydet, inspired by the simplicity of Nordic cuisine, reinterprets these values with the vibrant flavours and Mediterranean products of our land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their menus evolve with the seasons, always seeking to highlight the best of each ingredient. We recommend ordering the sweet potato with comt\u00e9 and macha sauce and the grilled cabbage with miso and hazelnut, together with one of their natural wines. Where? Calle de Jord\u00e1n, 7 (Chamber\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 15TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday, we will eat in the middle of the bucolic courtyard of TRAGALUZ<\/strong>. The new restaurant of the Bosco de Lobos group where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the capital through a Mediterranean-inspired proposal with Italian influences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The menu<\/strong> features dishes such as San Marzano tomatoes with roasted aubergine and sunflower seed pesto or sea bass with white asparagus puree, oyster leaf and radishes. Among the pastas, the maccheroncini with fennel, kalamata, semi-dried tomato, burrata and lemon, and the pappardelle with oxtail rag\u00f9 stand out.<\/p>\n\n\n

At night, we will leave for a moment the \u2018in the mood for love\u2019 of SV to party and vibrate with ENIGMA x margarita<\/strong> at SALA ON<\/strong>. The music will be provided by a line-up of national electronic artists including Chico Blanco + Stef de Haan + ALBAL b2b Juguete + Olvido upstairs: @margaritaelectronica gardeN: Valium + sunKissed + ouT eRotica. DOMINGO 16<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday we will eat at HIRO<\/strong>, the project of chef Lucas Ciasullo that everyone is talking about. Within his precise, simple and evolving menu, dictated by seasonal produce, we can find comforting dishes such as beans with ham cream or Cyprus halloumi cheese with cranberry sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For dessert, the restaurant’s top recommendations are the pear in syrup with almond cream or the yoghurt and pistachio, with lemon cream, oil and miso paste. All of this is accompanied by their natural wines, which they offer both by the glass and by the bottle with Spanish references.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the afternoon, at 16.45 we will go to see \u2018Bodeg\u00f3n con Fantasmas<\/strong>\u2019 by Enrique Buleo at Sala Equis<\/strong>, to close the romantic weekend between red velvet armchairs and a film of impact. We leave below the synopsis of SensaCine, in case you connect with it: \u2018in a small village in Castilla-La Mancha, humans and ghosts coexist. They all do the impossible to put an end to their problems, and to do so they carry out extreme and desperate plans. Paqui lives unsatisfied and when it seems that she is going to get rid of her husband, he sets in motion a plan to be together forever. For his part, the local priest loses faith and when he hangs up his habits, he is visited by two ghosts. Flor tries to put an end to her loneliness by following the advice of a programme that talks about the paranormal.
