Among the pastas, the maccheroncini with fennel, kalamata, semi-dried tomato, burrata and lemon, and the pappardelle with cow&#8217;s tail ragu stand out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Design and gastronomy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The design of Tragaluz this time has been in charge of the interior designer<strong> Eduardo Arruga<\/strong> of <strong>Estudio Lucca<\/strong>.
