They have teamed up to offer dishes that, while not explicitly French, lean towards remixed bistro fare, perfectly paired with natural wines and craft beers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlights include oysters with mignonette and radishes with miso butter and bread as an <strong>appetizer<\/strong>. This includes selections from classic wine regions and renowned natural winemakers such as Anders Frederik Steen and prestigious Spanish producers such as Barranco Oscuro, Eloi Cedo, Nuria Renom and Alfredo Maestro. Conceived and designed by Chuck himself, the project encompasses a coherent vision of the space down to the smallest detail. Its interior, with seating for 60 diners and outdoor seating, features bespoke furniture made by local artisans, which coexist in the same space visually stimulated by contemporary paintings by artists such as Lucien Smith, Eliza Rutson Pang and Almudena Canedo.
