The catering and chef duo of Iv\u00e1n Morales <\/strong>and \u00c1lvaro Castellanos<\/strong> celebrate their iconic legacy with the opening of Arz\u00e1bal Bernab\u00e9u<\/strong>. Grupo Arz\u00e1bal <\/strong>has now taken on a new dimension after reinventing traditional gastronomy for 15 years with this new temple to traditional cuisine with seating for 160 diners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The passion for authenticity and respect for the product that characterises it will once again make an impact from \u2018the kitchen to the heart\u2019 of all the group’s fans who now want to taste its new \u2018arzabalera\u2019 proposal with privileged views of the stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fandom of Arz\u00e1bal and Real Madrid will thus be able to enjoy its gastronomy in a more intimate way from its private dining room, as well as at its high tables that follow in the wake of Arz\u00e1bal Retiro, the group’s flagship, where traditional cuisine is mixed with its gastronomic bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tradition and innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To carry out the project, orchestrated around 500 m2 divided into two floors, Iv\u00e1n and \u00c1lvaro have entrusted the architecture studio FONDO ESTUDIO <\/strong>and the design and interior design studio MIL Studios<\/strong> to build and design this space. They wanted to maintain the concrete pillars of the original structure and combine them with other elements such as marble and wood, which bring warmth to the place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘We are present in the most emblematic places in the capital: in El Retiro, in the Reina Sof\u00eda, at the airport and in the Mercado de San Miguel. We only needed to be in the Madrid temple, and that is why we are so excited to announce this opening. Undoubtedly, the great challenge of the new space is to design a proposal capable of responding to a very diverse public’, commented Iv\u00e1n Morales <\/strong>and \u00c1lvaro Castellanos<\/strong>. Since its beginnings in 2009, Grupo Arz\u00e1bal has managed to establish itself in some of the city’s key points: the Arz\u00e1bal tavern in the Retiro district, El Jard\u00edn de Arz\u00e1bal in the Reina Sof\u00eda and now Arz\u00e1bal Bernab\u00e9u in the Santiago Bernab\u00e9u Stadium.
