The booth will also feature artists such as Cinthie<\/strong>, the Berlin-based producer and DJ, considered one of the most sought-after in the contemporary electronic scene, as well as Ian Pooley<\/strong>, who has performed at a long list of important clubs and festivals, from Panoramabar to Glastonbury Festival. SATURDAY 21<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday we will eat at Xavier Pellicer<\/strong>‘s eponymous restaurant<\/strong> to taste and be inspired by its design and sustainable cuisine focused on biodynamics. It is a bet he makes with organic products, proximity and healthy, in line with the gastronomic concept that offers diners: Healthy Kitchen a balance between the pleasure of ingestion and digestion wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the novelties of Pellicer are the incorporation of the grill, the wok and the spices with which he dresses his dishes, based on seasonal products and adapted to all kinds of diets and needs.
