‘I like to cook during the holidays [\u2026] I make linguini with white clam sauce, my dad’s favorite recipe. I make it every year and sometimes my daughter Monroe helps me make it’.<\/p>\n\n\n

The ‘Obsessed’ singer also has a holiday project that will resonate for a few days when she takes over SiriusXM’s Holly station<\/strong> with ‘Mariah Mondays<\/strong>‘ on Mondays, Dec. 2, 9, 16 and 23 from 6 a.m. to midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During her broadcasts, Carey will ‘mix Christmas classics with holiday hits,’ according to a press release, with tracks ranging from Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Underneath the Tree’ to Stevie Wonder’s ‘Someday at Christmas.’ And, of course, everyone’s favorite holiday tunes, such as \u201cAll I Want for Christmas is You,\u201d will be playing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
