FRIDAY 29TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday we will explore the full threshold of Asian cuisine at MIKAN<\/a><\/strong>, the restaurant and natural wine bar located in L’Eixample specializing in the gastronomy of northwest China, Japan and Korea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the restaurant they serve a healthy set menu in the daylight, while at nightfall, their concept evolves into a wine bar where you can combine small plates or tapas to share with a selection of natural cuv\u00e9es from artisan winemakers in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All these gastronomic influences come together in dishes ranging from a hijiki seaweed salad with lotus root to Iberian bacon, dumplings with rotating fillings -over a tasty Szechuan and chili broth- or Japanese radish prawns. Organic wines, mostly from domestic wineries, pair with the whole experience, which has just been stimulated by DJS sessions on weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 30<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday morning’s brunch will be at Taulat 44, Barcelona’s place par excellence in which to practice the ritual. After succeeding with their healthy brunch concept store, Agustina Prinsich and Hugo Andrelo, decided to open this second Scandinavian-inspired space in which to accompany their specialty coffees, or specialties such as their pistachio affogato, with croissants, pastries, French toast or very aesthetic and tasty Milanese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The techno of Ellen Allien<\/a><\/strong> and ROI PEREZ<\/a><\/strong> will make us dance frantically all night long at the NITSA CLUB party at Sala Apolo. Allien, one of the most emblematic artists and DJS of techno and rave culture, who has produced ten albums, singles, EPs and mixes for international cult music labels, will enter the booth with Roi Perez<\/strong>, the Berlin-based DJ who has also resonated around the world playing in major clubs or parties on the circuit as the Boiler Room. SUNDAY 1st<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Viva Vintage<\/a><\/strong> will come once again to Barcelona, specifically to Espacio 88<\/strong>, to connect sustainable fashion<\/strong> with music<\/strong> -and vinyls- in its famous vintage market where you can find the coolest second-hand pieces of the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After spending the morning there, we will head to Bar El Pollo<\/a><\/strong> to discover their new collaboration with La Mar de Tazones<\/a><\/strong>, the Asturian gourmet canned seafood project run by Dimas and Pablo Noval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the trendy tavern, we will taste its canned spider crab meat<\/strong>, which emerged from the sea with the vocation of a collector’s item for lovers of design and gastronomy, based on this limited edition product, of which only 500 units have been launched, they have developed three new dishes <\/strong>designed by chef Javier S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, which will be served at the bar throughout this season.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
